Philosophy
Why does the club exist?
It’s not too often you stumble across a three-fer opportunity sitting at your doorstep. One simple and fun service provides a new opportunity for three areas of our community — the neighborhood, the restaurants that anchor to it, and the local teens looking to get involved in the AI wave.
The Club Houses
- As a local resident with a young family, I love this trend in local restaurateurs coming to the McDowell foothills and want to help make their investment worth it to stay…and expand.
- Providing a last mile service for residents leads to MORE tabs, BIGGER tabs, and NEW regulars.
The Caddies
- In addition to a competitive hourly wage, the caddies are given an opportunity to participate in the growth of the business as incentive to lean in and be curious when given the chance. To accomplish this the caddies earn a per trip commission that grows as we hit reasonable target member levels. This also includes the planned geographic expansion territories.
- There's too much money being dumped into AI at this point. This is an opportunity to work alongside a fintech veteran converting AI coding into an in-person physical operation.
Membership
One membership. One price.
Membership dues cover home-to-home rides and rides to any registered venue address in the service zone (including but not limited to Thompson 105, Bosa Donuts, Heritage Kitchen, CVS or BlackRock Coffee). With the swipe of your thumb our private transportation service will be on their way to shuttle you across the beautiful McDowells!
Dues are quoted with your invitation.

McDowell Caddie Club was founded by McDowell Mountain Ranch resident Patrick Meyer, a 20-year fintech veteran, who saw it as an opportunity to run a small business entirely operated on AI infrastructure while giving his neighbors a fun way to enjoy the community.
