Philosophy
One short ride, three people win.
It’s not too often you stumble across a threefer opportunity sitting at your doorstep. One simple and fun service provides a new opportunity for three areas of our community — the neighborhood, the restaurants that anchor to it, and the teens who live here.
The Club Houses

- $20/hr base
- Zero-cost rights to a percentage of gross sales
- Opportunity to learn how to convert a late night “I could do that with AI” challenge into a physical in-person multi-neighborhood operation.
Membership
One decision — unlimited or measured?
Membership dues cover the trips to the clubhouses. With the swipe of your thumb our private transportation service will be on their way to shuttle you about the local establishments of the beautiful McDowells!
The simple question is: “will I use it every weekend or every other?”
Dues are quoted with your invitation.
Billed monthly. Cancel any time from My Locker. When a month’s journeys are used up, the way forward is the unlimited tier — there are no overage charges and no per-ride billing to be surprised by.

Patrick Meyer
My professional career has straddled two experiences I’d color as bold: Wall Street when the housing market decided to brake-check the global economy, and Silicon Valley at an e-signature company when the entire world suddenly went cold turkey on in-person work.
In both places, the people are brilliant and the scale to play with is intoxicating. But in both places you also only need a bankers box to memorialize your career.
As it turns out, there’s something deeply satisfying about a simple business that solves a simple problem, through a simple transaction, while creating a simple market opportunity for everyone involved.
Rather than searching for another clever way to make money between the wall and the wallpaper, sometimes the better opportunity is the one you can actually feel. The thing you notice is missing because you want it yourself.
