How we kept this defensible. Beverage uplift uses +0.5 incremental drinks per cover -- half the industry-cited figure for designated-driver removal. Dwell uplift assumes a single $8 add per cover, not the +30 min of full bar spend the data supports. New covers count only parties who would not have come without MCC delivery.
