Driver license

Photo of your license. We use it to verify your name + DOB against the address you gave at step 1.

Background check

We run a one-time check covering driving record + criminal history. Industry-standard for any service that puts kids and neighbors in a vehicle. Provider: Checkr (or equivalent). You’ll be notified if anything needs follow-up.

I authorize the Club to run a background and motor-vehicle-record check against my information. I understand the results are confidential to the Concierge.

Payouts

Your wages + tips are deposited weekly. We use Stripe Connect -- the same service Lyft and DoorDash use. Click below to enter your bank details on Stripe’s secure form; we never see your account number directly.

Code of conduct

A quick training brief before your first shift. Tap to read each item, then acknowledge below.

Defensive driving on neighborhood roads (under 25 mph, full stop at every intersection).
Member etiquette: greet by name from your app, no personal phone calls during a ride, no political/religious topics.
Cart handling: full charge before each shift, water-top-ups on schedule (if FLA), no off-road or non-Member passengers.
Safety: never carry kids without a parent on the ride; if a Member appears intoxicated and combative, decline and call the Concierge.
Tips are 100% yours, paid through your weekly Stripe payout. No cash tips on the cart.
